Protests Have Ended In Lagos – Jubril Gawat

According to the SA to Governor SanwoOlu, Mr Jubril Gawat, on Sunday August 4 2024, the Lagos protesters have dispersed from the venue. Ojota is clear on day 4 of the proposed 10 days of rage.

He posted this on social media:

BREAKING NEWS: Protest leaders at Ojota have called off their demonstrations after the President’s broadcast this morning. They told the police they would leave the protest ground and disperse.

UPDATE Today (11:35am): Gani Fawehinmi Park, Ojota
Security Officials still fully on ground and managing traffic on the service lane.

Protesters have all gone home.

Protest has ENDED after Mr President’s speech.

Everyone is moving and minding their business.
